We recently made the decision to make a change on our forums from the built-in Reputation system to the Likes System plugin.  Because of this, our most active users went from having a reputation of 30+ to a Likes ranking of 0.  

I'm wondering if there's a jQuery function or some other way to manually adjust this?

I suppose you could run a tool to assign a "like" to all posts which received a "reputation", yes. But such tool doesn't exists AFAIK and reputations not assigned to posts (profile reputations) wouldn't be assigned to any post, so unless your like system allows "profile likes" the numbers won't match.
