After upgrade my forum , the error are as follows , Need help to fix the issue

looks like upgrading was not completed in correct manner. do you remember your earlier version of MyBB ?
have you run the upgrading script by visiting URL forumURL/install/ or forumURL/install/upgrade.php ?

Hi Thanks for your reply , link was http://hostingboard.co.uk/install/upgrade.php   , Also my earlier verson of my bb was 1.8.4
