How to modify newpoints points directly from database if they are stored in database?

If you use phpmyadmin, than you can easily modify the newpoints there in newpoints database, you can even use the following plugin:-
http://forums.mybb-plugins.com/Thread-Plugin-Quick-Edit

NOTE: You might need to modify the plugin as it is made for 1.6 MyBB.
