Can you give an example of the link you're trying to embed please? It usually errors due to conditioning in the URL.

For example: https://www.instagram.com/p/9817asdxexam...by=example will not work, but:

https://www.instagram.com/p/9817asdxexample/ will work.

it's work in admin control panel



but how to embed in post?

In a post you need to use:

[insta] your URL [/insta]
