I use this plugin https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=291 to display the latest posts , but in the group guest this sidebar does not appear latest posts. How to display this latest posts in guest group? Sorry, my English is bad.

You might get a better response posting on this thread as it is for that plugin. Although I would suggest that you make sure that guest can see the forums where the new posts are located.

Yes I have made it but until now there has been no reply, and not yet solved.

It happens to me too. Forums are visible to guests, but recent posts are not shown.

Even with another plugin https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=191 Recent threads on index.
