i just upload Trashbin Plugin and all Plugin Gone Hide

which php version you have ? (it is shown at home page of forum admin panel)
remove recently added plugin files or rename them with .OLD extension & check again

PHP Version 7.1.6
i removed Recently added Plugin and now every thing is ok.
