It looks like the web page can't load the actual image, so instead it's using the image's alt-text.
Your icons are in the right place and are visible (
http://epicguildwars.network/images/icons/smile.png ) so you may want to open up your browsers 'Developer Tools' console and have a look at the 'Network' tab to see if it's trying (and failing) to load the images.

may I ask what your user name is on my forums because I do not see your name in the list.
Did you check permissions for images directory ?
