Hi I recently purchased a new domain a few days ago for my icyboards site but how ever now its let letting me log into my file zilla

for the host I am using Icyboards.net User Name Ib_epicguildwars and then the password what ever the admin cp gives me can anyone help me on this.

IcyBoards ftp details are available at its tools section of Home page of your forum admin panel.

user name will be ib_YOURsubdomain [that is, prefix of your forum URL] &
password will be displayed when ftp access is enabled (active for one hour)
