Hello. I currently have a bug on my forum. The site is very quick and responsive to load. But when going into the editior all the smilies are broken and it takes the page a lot of time to load. 

I'd like to hire someone to help fix this and to help me not display banned users in the who is online section.

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ?
{note: can't check it right now. some other helper might provide help / take up work}
