I was using Steam Login and I have not set up any kind of email system and never will. So I have no idea how to log back in. I don't use the steam login for admin panel and that password is just not working. I just need to reset my admin panel password.

As recommended by broatcast here, run the MySQL Query shown in that thread in your database. What it will do is remove the wait time and you can attempt to log back into your account. I highly recommend trying on another browser also. Have you cleared your cookies and cache?
