is there a plugin for managing forums to limit the number of ad clicks in the "my adverstisiment" plugin?

or

are there any plugins for managing spam outbound links from my forums? like this, myforum.com/thread-1.html has a google.com outbound link. Then there is someone who mengklick google.com it is spam.

Is there a plugin that can limit the number of clicks of outbound links / ads?
