this is a really early part of the design! I do not have the skills to code it at all but how much do you think it would cost to code something along the lines of my design also I'm looking for feedback on my design.

It buy your design I would say it would cost a lot as it seems like a really great theme! I love your theme

Thanks man, I've been quoted $150 but seeing if that's a fair price or not

$150 is not a fair price for coding your theme.
Your design shouldn't cost you any more than £20/£30 maximum as your design is very basic.
