What i can do about this ?

Also i can't login into my admin cp

I don't really care about the theme and plugins i ble to re add them i just need the users and threads

So you mean that you're plugins are also gone?

-What did there really happen right before al of this happend?
-Do you have a backup of you're entire ftp folder on you're local machine ? ...
-Can you navigate to you're current ftp folder to retreive : http://killers.site.nfoservers.com/cache...global.css
http://killers.site.nfoservers.com/cache...9/css3.css

The admin panel screenshot doesn't show an error ...

Done a little digging. Seems as if you changed your entire domain, hence why things aren't working properly for you. Go into your database and head to the setting table. Change any mention of your old domain to your name domain. You also want to do the same for your settings.php file located in /inc folder.

After you may have to do a hard refresh or clear your cache.

Just edit settings in phpmyadmin then delete settings.php MyBB is smart enough to regenerate it.
i there any way to take backup for users and threads and add them for new forum ? i don't need the rest
Yes there is...
-You go to you're phpmyadmin once there
-You login with you're db credentials
-Then go to the tab EXPORT
-Then export in the SQL format.

When you have you're new forum running with the new db behind it you do the same first 2 steps and
-Then go to the tab IMPORT
-Then import in the SQL file downloaded in the previous steps.
