hey guys few days ago our host made some updates on the version
this make our forum fall down but after that they fixed but still we have a lot of buggy things
so we tried to upgrade the forum
when we did that forum fall and now it doesn't load at all
the admin cp load for few minuts then fall probaly doesn't work too
what we should do

Do you have a backup of you're sql database?
Do you have a backup of you're entire ftp folder ?
This might be an issue with your server and not MyBB. Have you considered switching hosts?

the ftp files still the same and i still have the database on my host c panel
maybe if you are on a VPS then it might be something related to kernel or host configuration itself instead of mybb i once had a problem loading mybb on a new server i switched and the problem was related to nginx proxy over apache.

It was probably something on his end.
I too am using nfoservers. They just updated their webservers to use PHP7 instead of PHP5.
i took the backup and run it on new install but i still have same problem

seems like you're style sheets aren't found by my browser.. that's why it looks so messed up
