I have recently updated my MyBB software to the latest from 1.26 (I upgraded to 1.27, then 1.28, then 1.29). All of a sudden, characters like this: ���� are appearing everywhere for many of my members. They appear between buttons and in messages and other various places. My members pointed out that in their messages, the odd characters especially appear in place of or around apostrophes and quotation marks, and letters that have an accent mark or other special character over them. There's even one at the bottom, where it displays the theme info. It replaced the Copyright symbol. Someone help!
