Hi,

Since I've been having some issues with my myBB install id like to reinstall. How can I do this but then keep the original database with all of our permissions, groups etc.?

Thanks
Download the latest copy of mybb, and drop it into your server (copy of your old config file first_. Once you've drop it all in, replace the new config with your old one. That should be it. If you run into an issues send me a message.
I have done what you said, but it doesn't seem to have fixed my issue as you can see here http://prntscr.com/gks443

Right I've done this many times and it worked.
Backup your old forum database by visiting your cPanel, once you have backed it up reinstall fresh copy of MyBB with a new database then use the merge system to merge your old database with the new fresh copy of MyBB. When you do the merge it will ask if you want to keep your old forums settings etc. If you need help doing so PM me.
If you've installed the latest copy of MyBB and it's still not working it infers that it's not the actual software that's the root of the problem. How are you installing MyBB? What environment are you hosting it on? Does the problem still occur on a complete fresh install without you importing your old data? Under System Health, are all the files and directories writable?
