hey guys after we solve the update and everything
we got problem in shoutbox
some of members the shoutbox working good for them and some of them it doesn't work for them
they see the shoutbox empty and if they type anything the site will re-load and they can't post
we re install the plugin and the problem still same

if they click the "« archive" button they will see the chat and they still cannot type
