Is there any option to change your vote for the "Extended Polls" Plugin?

currently there is no option the change your vote.
Would you like change your vota as an user or admin/mod?
Should it allowed to everybody to change the votes?

Possibly put a setting where admins can determine which group is allowed to and which aren't.
