The above doesn't appear on my forums posts ; the text appears, but no actual bullets/ numbers.  It shows up fine on the editor, just not the post

Have tried multiple editors, and the default editor.  Fault remains regardless

I am using the Flatty Theme (doubt that is the issue)

You're issue is caused by the override of the cascading style sheets applied by you're new theme ... If you could share the link to you're site, it would be easier to elaborate on a solution for this one.
