When I move my forum to another host the theme seems to be messed up, anyone know what might be causing this?

Maybe your url in admin cp doesn't fill in with the right one, or you have missing files in public html

I know I have all the files in their directories. I think it might be the URL in the cp, how could I fix this? I changed the config & settings files.
