I need the ability for users to be able to upload files and pictures with a short description similar to the Yahoo groups file section.
It need not be fancy, no thumbnails or edit features would necessarily be needed - though it would be nice if the file's owner could delete their own files so they could correct mistakes and upload corrected files.
