Need a way to disable members to post a thread in specific section like marketplace etc unless they have specific post count.

But they can still make posts under other users thread in that section.

I want this because allot of untrusted people want to scam they make new accounts and try to sell stuff in the marketplace.

Simple

Admin CP > Forum & Posts > Choose which ever forum you would like to set permissions, then Options > Permissions > Set Custom Permissions > Posting / Rating
