Something happened and now my admincp is asking for two-factor Authentication and I never used it.. How can I get in

I poked around the database and in admin options I saw a huge number associated with my account ... I deleted it and voila
Do you have how many adm accounts?

I did not bump this post and by the way I am a female... If I could delete my posts that are marked solved I would but that is up to staff. The only reason I remark on the post is to post the solution and save people time of responding to a solved situation
