Please I'm A Noob In using MyBB i just installed the forum... How can i change the normal Mybb url to http://site.com/Thread-MyBB-Forums-Admin-Security-Setup (Capitalize all first letter and replacing spaces with -)...

Would you be able to be a little more descriptive? I can't quite understand what you mean and what you're wanting to change.

Let's take for example this forum url is https://community.mybb.com/thread-213574...pid1286562, how can i change it to https://community.mybb.com/Change-Forum-Post-Url (using the thread title in the url with spaces converted to - and all first letters in uppercase)... Thanks

Going from this thread in 2015 it links to this plugin but on the old MyBB site, the plugin I linked above is the same thing but an updated version to work with 1.8.

I Tried several time to download the plugin but it failed.

I don't think the Google SEO plugin will auto-correct capitalization, but it should do everything else you ask.

When you say that the plugin failed, what message do you get? How does it fail?

You need to set up your .htaccess file to match the patterns you configured.

When i try downloading, it will fail when it gets to 45 or 50kb, i also tried using other device but didn't work out.

Does this happen when you try to download it from the MyBB mod site? If so please try a different browser. Also what browser are you using?

It happened on the mybb site. I Tried Downloading with two different browsers٠(Opera for windows, opera for android and also Android native browser) bt all prove abortive.

Hello Brian. I have somewhat the same question so I think I should ask here instead starting a new thread. I want change the url of my forum's thread to static one. Like for example I want to change it from http://iiustudents.com/thread-8-post-8.html#pid8 
to
http://iiustudents.com/thread-8-post-8.html
or
http://iiustudents.com/admissions-iiui.html
What should I do? Should I try that plugin too?
Is there any manual method of making these changes? If yes please guide me.
