As displayed in the picture, my "Who's Online" list and "Who's been online today" list are mushed together as one.

How can I re-position the "Who's been online today" list so that it's given a 1 line spacing below the other list?

Go to templates of your theme --> Index --> index_whosonline

And add in the end <br> tags. And it should works for you.
