I'd like to compose a very brief questionnaire as part of a registration/approval process for new users. I'm not sure how to do this (this would not be the same as the user entering profile info.). I'd also like to have each of the questions appear on their own separate screen (I don't want all the questions to show up on one page). Approval of a user hinges on the person correctly answering several credential questions (as a security measure to keep uncredentialed voyeurs out). Thanx.
