Recently I have had lots of bots registering my forum and literally posting 100's of threads a day..

I have banned them but since them the views keep incrementing, ever 10 seconds there's 20 views. There's one thread that had 65,000 views now which is impossible

How do I get rid of this?

@Soeplepel you will likely need to do core edits to disable MyBB's thread incrementation feature. I can help you with this, send me a PM for more information.
