I am in need of someone to setup a forum for me. The URLs need to be SEO friendly, space for advertisers, skins, spam block, moderator options etc.

Please PM or send me an e-mail with pricing and estimated time of completion. I am available to work with the developer and understand a lot of the process. Just don't have a lot of time to do it myself at the moment.

Somethings you can do for free, for example setting up SEO urls, mod option but you will need to give some time and you said you don't have much time.
