basically editor style can be changed at the theme properties through themes section of forum admin panel

Which template should i edit? also dont know what the theme is actually called.
forum admin panel >> Templates & Style >> Themes >> [click on the forum's active theme]
>> scroll down for Edit Theme Properties >> Editor Style >> change to MyBB (or other style)
>> save theme properties & check if editor style changes as required
