not sure what could be the exact problem ..
can you temporarily rename myalerts.php file with .txt extension and check if plugins page loads fine on admin panel ..

yes, after rename the file the plugin page is working fine

You need Plugins.Core and PluginLibrary for MyAlerts to function.

I guess this is a issue with the flatty theme.. I should ask for support in the themes support forum?

Yeah, the flatty theme needs some modifications to make it look right. I can't remember what the changes are, but you can try asking in the theme's thread
