i created my forum
http://risesboard.forumized.com and i would like to use my own domain but i dont see any domain change in my control panal, i always try to contact forumized.com but messages does not go i think they are nolonger giving support, how can i do pliz
If forumized.com is no longer giving support, then you'll probably have to upgrade/change your webhosting to use your own domain.
EL Hosting Services offer a fairly cheap one-time payment for basic web hosting. Of course, they have bandwidth/disk space limits. However, I'm unsure if they require the "Ultimate Hosting" plan to use your own domain.

For paid web hosts I recommend blazingfast.io, also just backup your database then merge it with another fresh installed MyBB forum.

As long as you make a backup of your database and forums, it should be simple to transfer over to a new host without losing anything that you have.
Not 100% as I haven't had to do it before, but Livewire seems to know more, so just shoot him a PM and see if it's possible to get stylesheets, templates, plugins, etc, transferred over.

livewire told me about the free hosting on x10hosting.com , i tried but they don't allow same countries including my country. Is There Any Other Good Free Host That I Can Use My Domain Name And No Forced Ads
You can backup your theme and use it on any MyBB forum you like but plugins you can't since it's a free MyBB hosting your using you don't have access to MyBB files.
So you can only backup your database & theme, note all the plugins down and you may find some of them or shall I say most of them in MyBB plugins section. Also to backup your database go Admin CP > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups.
Make sure when you backup your database the save method is download so then the backup of your database will be downloaded on your computer.
i have tried to backup but no results shown the page just refrashes or that maybe coused by forumized.com hosting.
