Please i want to change my forum theme, forum.slimfirmware.com
am trying to use any of these theme @ this website, forum-onlinegsmteam.us, forum.gsmdevelopers.com/forum.php
but i could not find it on mybb, and forum.kingfirmware.com is using MYBB software i don't know were he get yours, meaning if is possible to adapt theme from vbulletin an install it on mybb
both themes are from vbulletin
and yes, they can be ported to mybb with the the autor consent
if you do have permission from the autor then you can port it or pay someone to do it for you
i advise ou to search here cause theres alot a themes much better than this but its your choice

i tried to contact him to ask the name of his own ..
because he downloaded it from mybb mods ..

These forums you're visiting have custom theme designed by someone, you won't find it anywhere. It's best if you want a custom theme like that contact WallBB or Johnny S.
Also
https://forum.kingfirmware.com the only changes they've made are css and few templates added that's about it. You could do that if you know css/html.
