Now this is something I personally feel that should be added. People can find ways around username bans that admins may want to add. If someone does manage to find a way around it the admin should be able to force a user to change his username before he can continue to browse the board.
I agree with this 100%, replaces either messaging, banning or having to change the username yourself.
Another thing which could be added is the ability to force a *password* change, particularly after a security breach.

Agree, to be able to force a password change per user, usergroup or globally would be an extremely powerful security feature.
