Basically yesterday someone created a spam account (ad about some game), after banning the guy he created another account with similar nickname so I banned his IP.
Today new account has been created with another nickname and I banned him too, then I noticed new account has the same IP as other accounts I banned yesterday (IP ban), when I tried to IP ban him I got error saying this IP already banned - even though I have an account with last activity 5 minutes ago in banning page it says "last access" is never.
