As title says - there is an issue in quotes - time and date - it is not showed in brackets. Is there any way how to solve this? Maybe template issue?

P.S. Updated from v1.8.12, eng language files are used from v1.8.13 as well

This was flagged in the 1.8.12 update - I was under the impression that a permanent fix was going to be applied to the 1.8.13 release

Thank you, I will try. I think it was fixed but you have to manually change CSS after updating... thats my issue probably. These changes should be documented somewhere...

Can you post a link to a post with the problem in question so that we can see what HTML is actually being generated?

Your class_parser.php template is not updated, please update it to latest MyBB and it will fix this.

Nope, only adding ">" into global.css fixed that... thank you for help!
