Hi again,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how i can update to new version, but keep everything in the forum, like all the posts etc

Thanks again

Hi,

Please have a look at the documentaiton guidance for upgrading MyBB: https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/

If you read through that and still have questions, feel free to post them here.
Very simple Smile
Just follow this doc
https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/install/upgrade/

And check release notes for if script is required or not
https://blog.mybb.com/2017/11/07/mybb-1-...e-release/
And latest version
https://mybb.com/versions/1.8.13/

So just checking, when i update i won't loose any posts or users?
No, all forums, posts, users, Private Messages, etc. will be kept. We do advise doing a backup before any upgrades just in case though.
Ok, could anyone walk me though it? As i don't feel happy doing it on my own
The documentation linked to above walks through and describe the process pretty thoroughly.
