Well, by default, in language files there are no variables for that as you can change that in Configuration -> Settings -> Date and Time Formats, but I'm pretty sure it can be modified by some plugin or editing some core files...
But I'd suggest editting core files only if you change it at very few places. If you don't, I'd suggest some plugin for that, maybe there is some or you can request some
