I'm attempting to use the Report Private Messages plugin on my board at https://jiggmin2.com, but this is what happens when I click the report button:

And this is what happens when I click report content:

I've tested with the default MyBB theme as well.

Running MyBB version 1.8.13.

plugin's code needs some changes to make it compatible for MyBB 1.8.13
I'd suggest to temporarily deactivate the plugin until it gets update ..
