I have a member who can't login - it just redirects her to the login screen.

When she does a forgot password, she receives the email, resets her password, then tries to login but gets the same as above.

I tried to reset her password, but again she can't login.

I can login using her credentials.

I got her to use 2 computers to login, same result.

I got her to clear her cookies, same result.

Any ideas?

Hopefully your cookie settings are correct.

Yeah cookie settings are fine - login works for 4,500 other members, just not this one

which browser user regularly uses ? have you tried remote desktop connection to check it ?
