Is there a mod available that will allow integration with Facebook/Twitter/Google/Live accounts i.e. user won't have to register on forum and they can simply log in using thsee existing accounts.

Yep! Shade provides a free version for Google/Twitter/Facebook login. As well as a paid version that allows AOL, BeatsMusic, BitBucket, Deezer, Discord, Disqus, Dribbble, Dropbox, Facebook, Foursquare, GitHub, Google, Instagram, LastFM, LinkedIn, SoundCloud, StackExchange, Steam, Tumblr, TwitchTV, Twitter, Vimeo, Vkontakte, WordPress, Yahoo and 500px. So quite a few come with that haha. Sadly none seem to support Live, I think.
