Currently the only way to add/change/delete a thread prefix is to edit the thread, which can be time consuming if you need to change a bunch of prefixes. It would be much easier if there was a mod tool that allows you to change a prefix. There already is a Moderation::apply_thread_prefix class so it would be easy to add this.
