Do i upload smileys to my site?Also i am new here.

Just go to your admin cp. After that click on add under 'post icons'. Upload smilies to wherever you want, but it would be easier if you upload them to images/icons. Make sure you've added the smilies in your admin cp.

What about uploading smileys from your photobucket account can i do that
