Hi,

I cannot upload custom avatars on my new forum. It seems like everything works, but the avatar doesn't show or anything.

It isn't a file size or pixel size issue, I think it has something to with the directory.

My forum URL is **StillPrivate**.freehostia.com/forum. So I would think the avatar upload path would be /forum/uploads/avatars, no? And yes, the uploads folder is chmod 777.

Any help?

is the setting.php set to chmod 777 thats what i had to do to make mine work on my forum, i think its located in inc/ but im not sure if not make sure ur upload is 777 and ur avatar is also 777 if this doesn't fix it post back here.

I figured it out. It was actually my avatar. There was something wrong with it so I had to remake it/save it on my computer and it worked. Thanks.
