We use MyBB and my company is instituting a GDPR European data protection initiative. We need to supply the following information to our legal department.

Who owns the servers and who owns the systems (full entity name and location)?

basically you have to provide forum owner's information
(if you are the owner then your information needs to be filled in)

As .m. said, MyBB only supply the software being used. Users install it on their own servers, so you need to find out who’s in charge of running the forum and ask them where it’s hosted and who controls the servers and such.
