I don't really know why they were put in there to begin with, asides from putting everything in one place to make them easy to find?
I think they could be stepped down to the MCP or even made fully public.

It can be a hassle having to re-login, having to slap in a PIN, etc. just to check today's stats.

Most stats are there. A few aren't the same as acp but a plugin should do it.

The fancy graphs, day by day break-downs, etc.

So you're talking about the tools-statistics module. Hmm...I don't really have much of an opinion on your request. I just wanted clarification about what you wanted.

I'm not sure I would want that public.

Yes, right... Maybe it could be option but some users don't want all stats to be that public...

i dont use the stats in ACP, i do however use Google Analytics as it is much more beefy by 1000%.

Keep. I take a screen shot of those to show my members, they find it interesting.
