It's nice to see you using the default theme but there's nothing to review. I could mention the banner and how the forums laid out but I think honestly you could do with coming up with a plan, sort the sections out a bit. (seems rather small)
The theme could be an area to work on too, does your host have any different skins? maybe you could find one personal to your site.
