With this plugin you can allow usergroups to rate it with some emoticons like facebook, i have taken similar icons because they are for free or at least that's what i saw but icons can be changed, so you can use thisplugin and customize at own needs.

- I just do not know if take total ammount and counts by month like first work, or let it all counters as is.

Well any way this is only a work in progress like many others of my jobs.

Let me know if this is something usefull or not, or features or some usefull information to work on it

I think that is more approached to MyReactions

Anyway i have uploaded into github but is an only proof of concept i think the code implementation must be polished and at the end have to change.

Yeah, you are right, but the frontend design is really nice. I just need a lightweight plugin with 6 Facebook emojis for reactions... then I would like to add these:
- highlight the post when get X amount of reactions (same approach as is used in Thank You/Like plugin)
- support to show number of reactions given/get (theme variables)
- show one post with the highest amount of reactions added for every user in its user profile page
- MyAlerts support
- Allow only adding, not removing
- jGrowl support (notifications)

Yeahp nice i will work on that all that features are really easy to do

I will work on all posible features at the moment you only can add emotions to only first post it is not necesary to revoke emotion due every 30 days you can update your emotion of that content.

I will add all improvements this weekend

You are welcome, I will test your new version during Christmas time. After that I can write another feedback, ideas etc.

EDIT: Did you try MyReactions plugin? It could bring you some ideas
