is there a plug in that i can add to make people buy advertisement online from my forum, like to choose where to ad the banner and to pay me for this ad via paypal or bitcoin?

You choose where to put the banner. However, there is no payment option stuff.

But i was looking for to add an advertisement page on my forum so people can buy advertisement from there.
with that plugin, multiple advertisements can be set for a zone &
one of them can be your own advertisement selling that zone space.

I know but im looking for a system that i can sell ads online.
people open ads page and select the advertisement package and pay online and then when i receive the payment i add the advertisement

You can use the free plugin MyAdvertisements:

You can use a service called BuySellAds or Adhitz and use the codes for the zones within the plugin. Make sure to add the links to the purchase page for users to Purchase an ad slot which will be automatically done for you. That is a free option to extend from an already existing plugin. Might seems quite a lot of work to set up. The forum link you provided is the same thing, but the purchase links are external. I do recall BuysellAds can integrate code to have to purchase page on your forum on a custom page. You still have to follow the steps previously mention and you should have everything you want! I do recall your site should have a good amount of traffic to be accepted. I just want to try to help save your money and to inform that you can do this with an existing plugin.
