The remember me function for my board isn't working on mobile devices such as Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc.

Board Version: 1.8.14
Board: https://jiggmin2.com/forums
Cookie path: / (not /forums where the board is located since I have custom pages in the root directory of my website that use the MyBB login)

I suspect it may be an issue with my cookie path; however, wouldn't that occur on all platforms and not just mobile?

Have you tried setting the cookie path to /forums ?
Have you checked your cookies are allowed in mobile browser or not?
Have you tried clearing cache /+ cookies from mobile browser?

Yes, but this breaks my custom pages in the root directory of my site.  It also doesn't work anymore, for some odd reason.

Cookies are allowed in the mobile browser.

Cache/Cookies have been cleared.
