You don't have permission to access /thread-2644.html on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
It's not always necessary to specify a canonical link. If your webpage is accessible from one unique URL then it's not necessary to put a canonical tag in addition.

However in your case your site is accessible from all of

https://ziuma.com/index.php
https://ziuma.com/
https://www.ziuma.com/index.php

I see you're using the google seo plugin, and you have canonical tags on your other pages, like threads.

I don't recall if there is an option for the index.php OR maybe you have set an exclusion for that page. Check the plugin settings. Otherwise you can fix this with htaccess rules, so that your site is accessible from one URL only. You may not find the htaccess code on this forum - google it.
Google SEO plugin does not cover index.php as that's not necessarily identical to / everywhere. Some sites prefer the portal as entry page, or a completely different page so MyBB's index.php is more like a forum.php.

If you want to set canonical on the index page, you can do so by editing the "index" template (the root template of the index page), and add it between <head> </head> somewhere (e.g. after {$headerinclude}). This does not require a plugin. That said, Google is usually smart enough to infer index.php <=> / identity as that is the most common case found everywhere.

If you want to rewrite index.php to / you can do so in your .htaccess - you should be able to find many examples for this online, unfortunately what exactly works for you, also depends a little on your webserver configuration.
@frostschutz - what to add between head tags in index template? Thank you!
^ can be like below
<link rel="canonical" href="http://forumURL.com/" />
Thank you, rep added Smile
can anyone tell me step by step how to do this ?

That's why you need to use canonical. There are a lot of bad links on MyBB that need nofollow tags and adding a canonical tag ensures no mistakes. My plugin does it perfectly.
